Privacy policy

Effective 27 October 2026.

1. What we store

Only the basic details of your World Family account: your name, your email address, your country, and your password, which is stored scrambled and never as the password itself.

Payments are made through Stripe. Stripe holds your card details; we never see them.

2. Why

To run your account, take your payments, and send you emails about your account.

3. Who sees it

Nobody else, except Stripe for your payments, and a court or the police where the law requires it. We never sell your details.

4. How long we keep it

A sign-in lasts 30 days. A paused account is kept for 18 months, then deleted. When you close your account, its details are deleted.

5. Your rights

You can close your account at any time on your account page.

6. Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
